Fortnightly update going out to over 1600 subscribers
Dear Members and Friends,
Lots of new leaflets this week! We’ve got the film series ones printed and fantastic new faux-fur sporran ones too. Order some or come along for one of the leafleting sessions. And if you can help with the printing costs, please consider making a small donation to us.
We’ve also been in touch with activists across Scotland – gearing up to participate in the Week of Action against real-fur sporrans and the leafleting actions at wedding fairs. Actions planned from Inverness to Oxford, so if you haven’t been in touch yet – drop us an email! Also a call-out to people in the Borders and the Angus area – the green fork workshops are scheduled in June and your help is needed to make these happen! Emails to info@ethicalvoiceforanimals.org.uk
Tomorrow (24th April) is the World Day for Animals in Labs, and we’ve organized a vigil/demo in Edinburgh – 1pm, Registry House. We are also working with Transition Towns on low-carbon food with a talk on sustainable, vegan food organized for Edinburgh University staff and students next week. Summer is always a busy an exciting time, and it looks like a promising one this year. Check out the diary below with more details on what’s on.
