Dear Supporters and Friends,
Its been 2 years since we’ve been campaigning against real-fur sporrans. A traditional Scottish industry which has been using fur unchallenged! Protests, demos, stalls, talks, discussions, leafleting, neighborhood drops, postcards, petitions – for the last two years we’ve been campaigning tirelessly – and we have 100% fur-free retailers and makers as a testimonial to our success – www.edinburghfurfreecity.co.uk/furfree.php
From tomorrow, 22nd May the week of action against begins. Activists in Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Fife, Glasgow and Inverness – will be out on the streets, taking action to help put an end to real-fur sporrans. Will you join us for a couple of hours to help leaflet or you can send an email to those who still sell and make real-fur sporrans here – www.edinburghfurfreecity.co.uk/emailsporran.php A big thanks to all the activists and supporters out there who’ve been involved in the campaign over the last two years – we celebrate this with you! http://www.ethicalvoiceforanimals.org.uk/shownotice.php?articleid=84
We are also stepping up on the neighborhood drops – would you join us? We’d be happy to come to your area and organize one – give us a shout! We’d have leaflets and materials, just drop us an email with a place and a time that suits you – lets do this together. Email johnmciver.eva@gmail.com
